Next Level Business Development and Experience Design
What clients said about me and my way of working.
I‘ve had the privilege to work with Andreas for two years, sharing with him challenging and exciting moments.
I could experience from him his ability to put himself on the user side. Furthermore he performs creative thinking and conducts productive brainstorming sessions. Andreas has a clear vision and the direction to go towards in combination with a strong capacity in setting goals and the persistence to reach them. He has a clear understanding of the roles in conducting the projects but he also calls for interdisciplinary exchange.
Challenges definitifly profits from his critical and constructive approach. What else I experience from him is his willingness to continuos self improvement and to lessons learning.
I‘m convinced of Andreas‘ user-centered approach as well as of his way analysing requirements. His method–working with critical questions–is particularly efficient in order to ascertain meaningful implementation strategies.
Andreas is able to work out a specific domain or models a context: that‘s existential for finding a solution. What‘s very good and important too is his approach of creative thinking and the traceability in which he captures the evolution of an asset. He offers alternative suggestions if a solution isn‘t supported by the customer. He‘s proactively thinking outside the box and he doesn‘t necessarily focuses strictly on a certain or standardized workflow. Andreas identifies things and pays attention to them at an early stage–as long as they could have an impact on projects sooner or later. Nevertheless he sticks to deadlines and agreements which ist essential for nearly every project.
Most of all I like the fact that he gives important impulses which leads customers (like us) to new solutions or to further strategies.
What I really appreciated while working with Andreas was his mindset. He called specifications into question just to raise awareness of consequences. This allowed him to let the team take a different view–off the technical track and more customer-oriented. He invites people to think one step further. This is challenging but never in vain. In the end, for us developers, it means: we could develop software more efficiently.
The core approach Andreas is always following is about the potential impact of a solution (product, feature, or service) on customers as well as on potential new business opportunities that may arise.
It was fascinating to see with what extraordinary passion and great diligence he had worked on solutions.
Scope of Action
The strategic and operational development of the company through as yet undeveloped business areas or new products.
This also includes constantly developing and implementing new business ideas and, in general, to continuously deal with in what way a company should evolve. In a manner, that future customers are satisfied with the products and company sales increase.
This includes various actions from the development of a product to its use. Building a bond with the customer and letting them come into contact and interact with the product and brand in the most natural way possible.
Success factors for this are insights from social science, psychology but also using the discipline of UX design in order to achieve a satisfactory result.
Both can be useful depending on your goals and intent.
As a coach, it’s my job to extract answers and insights from clients. Clients go away with strategies to uncover their truth and needs for themselves.
As a consultant, on the other hand, I tell the clients what to do. Clients will receive tools that can support them in further development and implementation.
This is asked by managing directors, executives, head-of, as well as sole proprietorships or start-ups.
